ok. am officially in a i-miss-concord-mood. haha! it's all christine's fault. who ask her to call me. ok not her fault. she's stressed cos of easter exams (gone are those days..) so we talked crap! haha concord has weirder and weirder juniors every year. anyways! that's besides the point.

hihohiho! :) it's been a while. lazy! haha.. not like im busy with work or anything, just lazy in general. haha easter holidays are great! resting much, slacking much. sleeping lots. catching up with lost sleep in term! especially with so many 9 ams the last two modules.. finally get some time to zzzz properly~ woohoo! :) shiok, but better not make it a habit. hahaha

had great fun with the geniuses from cambridge! i stopped being pangseh queen! which was good of me! *pats back* imma good gui. :) i even woke up to play tennis with bao and michypoo when it was slightly drizzling. call us fanatics. tennis is great! :) so fun, and i am proud to say, it was a lot less crappy than saturday. maybe it's just the brain's influence. hiaks! :) yay baobao! we're getting somewhere :)

hmm had good fun with the brain and two geniuses on monday, spent most of the time eating. dimsum was GREAT! we were like MONSTERS. after one round, ordered second round, which was bigger than the first round! when all the dimsum came (all at one go!) it could hardly fit the table, the woman who was bringin the dimsum was like "wow. u all eat a lot.." and like everyone else in the shop kept staring at our table argh!!! haha never seen HUNGRY people ah! haha. they should visit concord more.. honestly. haha yumms!

then we went off to trocadero to shoot some criminals and suesue got ALL excited about the stupid 2 p machine.. so we supplied our bronze to her! duno whether she should thank us for providing bronze coins to play or whether we should thank her for using up our irritating neverending supply of bronze coins! she finally won 5 coins back! when it fell down, her face was priceless and her scream! woohoo! :) and then guess what? it went back into the machine and never came back. sigh~ it's like gambling. hahaha..

we went back to alvin's place, planted ourselves in front of the tv for simpson-futurama marathon, malcolm in the middle, ironman competition (wow those guys are HUGE) and the guy who won was this huge guy with specs. -_-. really weird to see specs on them. it just spoils the image. but it's funny how mmost of them are mama boys! haha :) quite amusing! and and we watched tennis too! sharapova kirolenko. shiokness! chit chat and stuff then went to bk to use our coupons! hehe :)

sigh~ and all good things must come to an end, the geniuses had to return to where they belong, not among common folks like us, but with fellow brains to keep their minds active! but glad to have them down for a couple of days to just do nonsense and random stuff just like the good old days :) haha come again come again! lai ya lai ya~~

hmm other than that, went bayswater for a bit, watched pink panther with er jie. haha wicked lameness slapped in your face! quite funny :) there were many yellow jokes that i apparantly didn't pick up!! ARGH! haha -_- ok i guess it's good in a way. haha im still Wen Ling afterall. hahaha!! and the past few days have been BEN AND JERRYS days! :) eating lotsa cookiedough and phish food. haha.. siao liao! ice cream rocks! BNJ rocks! where is my chunky monkey :( sigh.

ok, firstly, wana apologise to my cc mates, sorry for pangseh-ing you all last night! and also to my beloved rummies, sorry for pangseh-ing for brighton! i realised i can be the newly crowned pangseh queen -_- haha.. just happened that last night, i think too many apple pies in the afternoon or what, i reached hoome (after crappy traffic and weather) and felt a bit sick, so i didn't go out for the dinner with the cambridge geniuses, then woke up this morning, not much better, so figured it was probably wiser to just not go the long-distance to Brighton, so i had to pangseh them as well. sigh! i really meant to go Brighton liaos! sorry!! :( But i guess it must have been fun, despite the horrid weather.. sigh~ hope you all enjoyed ok! next time promise can de! hehe.. we'll go makan soon since we are all such bored and HARD-WORKING people. :) dim sum!

ok so yesterday bao and i went to play tennis in the afternoon. it was probably our crappiest game of tennis EVER! haha.. after reaching a pretty geng standard in London games, we were forced to slack due to unforseen circumstances, and so didn't touch tennis for three weeks. and during that time of emptiness, we started playing squash at hp. which was probably a bad choice! i mean it was REALLy fun! but our tennis just kinda got messed up. haha.. we were really hitting like totally CMI balls!! ok i was anyway, haha i'm sure bao would agree that we were both playing like complete nonsense, i think if we played with our left hands, it would have been better lah! haha -_- but nvm! we will play again! tmr tmr! haha.. :) steady de lah we can play tennis de ok! it will be steady de! :)

yup so today i went to KT for 11 oclock, cos i woke up a bit late, da jie left earlier and she sat downstairs with her friends, i arrived zhun zhun 11, so i went and sat upstairs right at the top of the right side there. haha if you're scared of heights, warning: NEVER sit there. haha.. it's really steep but i was ok lah, heighst not really a problem for me. haha so like church service was great! im really comfortable in KT. i mean i've been not goin to KT for a few weeks cos of different reasons, so finally back in KT and now i know why i decided earlier in the year to stsay in KT haha :) nice, comfy. great. from the start of worship right till the end announcements, my attention was like 300% or something. never felt better. the speaker was really fantastic! :) i really liked him!

Been feeling a bit of mixed emotions about many things lately, and got a bit frustrated by things, not really able to pinpoint anything in particular, don't get paranoid, it's not about any of you! haha.. just me lah. so like during worship, they started with the song that goes like "this is the day that the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it..." i mean this song is very common, but they did their own version which was really nice. and it brought a whole new meaning to me. like i realised when i wake up, i have two choices : to grumble about all the things i could possibly think of or choose to be HAPPY cos this is the day that the Lord has made. i mean, this kinda thing, any five year old kid could tell you lah, I also can tell you all the theoretical stuff, all the politically correct answers to things, but it is when you experience it for yourself, it's really indescribable.. I mean it sorted some stuff, but I'm still seeking God for more direction. I really feel that He is trying to tell me something, just that i have a vague idea, but not really sure about it. seek seek. seek and ye shall find. :)

ok so after church and all, felt a bit antisocial and all, so came back, sat down, watched a bit of tv, then da jie and haziq came back, we toasted garlic bread (which wouldn't bake!!) and had a nice meal of soup, frankies and garlic bread.. haha we ate until like 4 oclock! haha but was really nice and we were watching olympic highlights for duno how many days, then we saw this guy, dean Macy. he is really like a chapalang man, any event track OR field, he's in it! amazing man! and he wins so many medals! haha.. we were so impressed! if i were to see him in like a swimming event or gymnastics event i will really pengsan! haha :)

went out for dinner (finally) with cc buddies! haha.. zhun zhun 8 of us, so we kena charge service tax! haha but it was ok lah. really cool. at abeno. super nice lah! they cook the stuff in front of you on this hot plate that is sorta part of the table. haha.. super nice :) like super big takopachis! hahaha ;) i like. talk crap, ate and went crazy~ haha as usual.. shiok shiok. haha dimsum tmr! woohoo! let's go man! cc mates are all about food food food! steadypompeepee! hehe ;)

oh yar and i think my pangseh phase is over lah, pangseh two times liao, probably won't pangseh anymore! hehe :) oh yar! and ck is back in sunny malaysia! hehe hope you are having a good time! sorry couldn't send you off! hehe :) but i know you'll enjoy lah~ see you soon, in a months' time. with my 75 p ok! haha :) God bless everyone! oyasumi~

This shall be a tribute to the one and only Samantha Goh Jian Li! aka samsam! :) the maddest days in concord, living as neighbours. neighbours since forever, REAL neighbours for one and a half years and now still pseudo-neighbours! :)

the madness shall never be forgotten. neither the randomness nor the midnight instant noodle sessions! anime marathons, hairdying marathons, eating marathons, laughing marathons. you name it, we've done it, except well, real marathons of course. I miss the times, the fun, the laughter and the dozing off in class! march on penguins (eat more of them..) and we will form our J-rock band soon. neighbours power! :)

woohoo! today was great! haha awsome great fun! i mean ok, the placement was kinda redundant. ok it was at King's Cross (yay!!) so quite near, haha so i took 18 right to euston (supposedly) but got off at euston square so i didn't have to walk, and could just take the 73 right from that bus stop, but the stupid 73 kinda got stuck at Euston for 15 minutes which made me about 5 minutes late in the end when i could have walked (lazy -_-) and be 5 minutes early! but anyways, when i got there, there were two more students who didn't come and the person we were supposed to report to wasn't even there yet! we were supposed to report at like 9.30, but she only got there at 10! so i was late, yet not late! haha :) so like she brought the 8 of us into a room, and gave us a brief guide about Age Concern and what they do, then at about 10.20, she asked us to go into individual rooms as pairs and wait while she brings and old person to talk to us!

it was really nice in a sense, i mean we were supposed to talk about eating habits and dietary patterns etc.. but we didn't even get to talk about that! haha she was so excited telling us about how she learnt how to use the internet and stuffs about the computer, and how she uses the internet to trace her ancestry (!!) haha.. which was really exciting, i don't think i'll be able to do that honestly. and how she managed to trace till her great great great great great (you get the idea) grandfather who was some convict who got sent off to australia in 1813. HAHA~! when we heard 1813 zack and i were like what?! 18++?? haha.. so it was quite funny :) ok like at 10.45, all the other groups were done, so we just wrapped up without even talking about food. haha alamak! oh wells, so like we sat around, and the person in charge wasn't even there, so we decided ok. let's zao! haha -_- siao liao~ one hour placement! haha.. ok lah we met her in the end and she told us to go off anyway. i was done by 11!!! -_-

ok so i went down to hampstead for crepes with bao and chehkkie! haha nice had my hazelnut cream crunch, only today i forgot to say "no cream please.." so i had hazelnut CREAM crunch. haha shiok also, just a bit too CREAMy. duh! haha nice nice! can't imagine pds next year with NO crepe to look forward to.. *sigh* think positive. out of hampstead~ no more dodgy bus stops! haha.. after that i hopped on the 46 and went back, dug around for stuff, changed, packed my bag and before i knew it, i was off on the 18 back to euston for SQUASH (ahem, bao, purple for your viewing pleasure) .which was fantastic! the woman was so nice! she zi dong give us residence price. haha :) come on cartwright gardens!

ok so we kinda conned her money AND time, considering how we played for like almost two hours.. biasa, but still. haha if it was the french woman we'll totally die. :P squash was shiokness compacted into that claustraphobic (spelling?!) room. haha.. ok.. so i thought, if the 18 comes first, i'll go back, if i see the 27 first, i'll go bayswater and get BenAndJerry's ice cream.. and then i saw the 18, followed closely by a 27, torn for choice, i went up the 18 and sat down. then this man sat beside me, so near baker street i was still deciding, BNJ? NO BNJ? so i thought, ok if this guy gets off at baker street, i'll get off too and get on the 27, so he GOT OFF! so taddaaaa! clever wenx now has lotsa nice ice cream! ok i bought phishfood for da jie to eat, and cookie dough for er jie, but since er jie is kinda diarrhoea-ing, i ate her cookiedough (bwahaha!)..

came back, watched friends and smallville. ok i never really watched smallville before, but been watching quite a bit since they show it after friends, i mean i get quite lost at points cos i dun even know the full story. ok what do i know? clark is pre-superman stage, his ex is lana who is this witch descendent thingy? Lois is a family friend or something (but i know later on the "old" superman series, it's called Lois and Clark, so i guess they kinda get married and he forgets lana..) and ARGH! but it's nice anyway haha shiok. :)

all in all, shiok. HAHA! tmr tentatively pizzahut buffet for lunch. aiks! haha.. brighton no brighton? argh!!! ok chill. peace. breathe breathe! :)
