So much for exuberance of rainbow coloured thingymajingy, I was completely MINCED in surgery today and was made to feel like a sorry excuse for a human being. There was, however, the kindest ever anaesthetics practitioner who was the only thing stopping me from vapourising into thin air, leaving behind my scrubs, mask, glasses and id card.
